How long will delivery take?
Delivery to the UK is usually within a couple of working days of your order being accepted. We usually deliver to Channel Islands and Ireland within a few days of despatching your order.Delivery to other destinations can take from 7 working days of the parcel being sent. 

When will you deliver?
Our UK courier Home Delivery Network usually attempts delivery anytime between 7AM and 9PM Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).  We realise this may be a long time to sit in and wait for your delivery so if you give us your mobile number when you order we’ll send you a text update to give you an estimated time of delivery within 3 hours.  Remember you can also send your order to an address where you’re sure somebody will be available all day to sign for the goods.

I missed my delivery. What now?
The courier may try at your neighbours and leave it with them.  They should post a card through your door to let you know but it's worth checking anyway.If the courier misses you or your neighbours they'll leave a card and take the parcel back to the nearest depot where it will be held for up to 15 days.You can call the number on the card.If you've ordered from Europe or the Rest of The World your delivery may have been passed to your countries internal post network.  You may be able to track your order if we sent you a tracking link.

Please note deliveries outside of the UK can take anything from 7 working days to be delivered and sometimes longer.   Please check with your local postal service to checkif any attempt has been made at delivery as you may have been out when they called.

Which courier do you use?
We use Home Delivery Network for all our UK deliveries.Deliveries to the Channel Isles, BFPO and Ireland may be handled by Royal Mail depending on the weight and value of the order.Orders sent to Europe and Rest of the World will be handled either by ParcelForce or Royal Mail until they reach their destination country when they will be passed to an internal post service.

Can I use my Giftcard/coupon online? 
Giftcards cannot currently be used online at Just Muslim but we are working on it. We are also planning on selling Giftcards online too. Register to the site and we'll make sure you're one of the first to know when it happens?

Can I place an order by telephone?
Sorry, not at the moment.  All orders need to be placed online for security.  If you are having any difficulty placing an order online by all means give us a call and a member of our Customer Services Team will be more than happy to help. Our direct number is 0044 7961892027

Can I get student discount at Just Muslim?
Sorry, we do not offer discount for students online.

When will my pre-order get delivered?
We will despatch your pre-order the day before it's official release date.  All pre-orders will be sent on a next working day service so you should receive it on the day of release.

Unfortunately if you live in an area to which we cannot deliver next day, such as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and non UK destinations we cannot guarantee you will receive the goods on the release day

Part of my order is missing?
Unfortunately on rare occasions we are unable to send all of your order if we have had an issue with stock.  If part of your order is missing an email is sent to let you know so please check your mailbox.  Some details may also be printed on your despatch note.
